Oribe Gold Lust Gift Sets

[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] In general, I remain wary of very expensive hair care, but Oribe seems to defy this skepticism. Although luxurious hair care products are not essential for clean hair, the pandemic has witnessed an increase in demand for luxury hair care. Despite not being particularly interested in hair care, I’ve come across several ranges this year that go beyond basic cleansing and conditioning. These exquisite Oribe gift sets represent the epitome of luxury hair care, a perfect choice for a significant investment. While I missed the online ordering deadline, I have identified a few sets that are already available at a reduced price, so it’s a mixed bag :-).

One new discovery for me is the Oribe Body Care and Fragrance. It’s worth noting that the box graphics are designed by Louis Barthelemy, based in Marrakesh, following an Egyptian theme, even featuring ‘parchment’ with gold writing inside, explaining the brand’s concept and origins. A lovely attention to detail. Let’s talk about the body care: the fragrance is Cote d’Azur – a delightful blend of bergamot, blackcurrant, and orange, with a floral heart and amber base. Fragrance is a central focus for this brand – they’ve enlisted esteemed French perfumers to elevate the shampooing experience, which has been so successful that they’ve expanded into body care.

I found myself transported to the Mediterranean with this fragrance – it’s a joyful scent with zesty, aquatic notes. Although some reviews criticized its longevity, I can still detect it on my wrist from yesterday, so I wouldn’t view this as poor lasting power. Purchasing it individually is quite expensive at £110, making it a great candidate to look out for in January.

My favorite product from the collection is the Gold Lust Repair Shampoo – priced at a cool £50 per bottle. It’s one of the most superior shampoos I’ve ever used. It produces a lavish lather even in my hard water area, rinses off easily, has a beautiful fragrance, and leaves my hair voluminous, soft, and glossy. I don’t even feel the need to use a conditioner afterwards, although I do apply some oil to the ends of my hair before blow-drying. The Gold Lust Set is available for £110 (valued at £140) HERE if you’re not inclined to wait for sales or have a last-minute gift to purchase – please note that SpaceNK’s last posting date is today (21st) at 2pm.
