Kosas Wet Lip Oil Review

Kosas Wet Lip Oil Review

[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] I really like the Kosas Wet Lip Oil in shade Exposed, which is clear with a pink iridescence. Kosas, founded in 2015 by Sheena Zadeh-Daly, started from humble beginnings but is now stocked in Sephora and SpaceNK. The philosophy behind the brand is that makeup should also care for the skin, which I wholeheartedly agree with.

There’s a slight minty sensation, aimed at providing a plumping effect, but it didn’t have that effect on me. However, I immediately fell in love with the color.

I couldn’t capture the focus and sparkle together in a picture, so I’ve chosen to emphasize the sparkle in this image. I will also be sharing a picture of me wearing it along with another balm I purchased some time ago, the Kosasport Lip Fuel in Pulse, which has a more balmy texture than glossy.

Kosas Wet Lip Oil Review

The Kosasport Pulse also has a minty kick but utilizes hyaluronic to provide hydration. I find it quite pleasant to use and it feels more ‘solid’ on the lips than the lip oil, with a good lasting formula, but I personally don’t like it as much as the oil in terms of texture.

Kosas Wet Lip Oil Review

I use the Wet Lip Oil regularly in shade Pulse, which is a nice neutral color. The odd shape for a lip product surprisingly works well, and a huge advantage is that once the balm is wound up, it can be wound back down. It’s frustrating when some balms don’t offer the possibility of winding back down if over-wound.
