[unpaid/sample] If you’re searching for a good everyday moisturizer, then the Seoulista Instant Wonder 4-in-1 Day Cream might be just right for you. The texture is light, which is great. Surprisingly, this modern moisturizer doesn’t contain SPF, so you’ll need to layer it with sunscreen. Having a lighter base is a bonus in that case.
The brand uses its own patented complex, BAR1, containing ceramides, hyaluronic and allantion. I suspect the latter is doing the heavy lifting. It would be helpful to see a full list of ingredients on their website, not just the highlights. On the box, shea butter and coconut-derived fatty acids are most prominent, with rose flower and ceramides appearing towards the end. In the middle, you’ll find allantoin, olive oil, and panthenol, as well as common skin care ingredients such as Glyceryl Stearate (added for texture), Butylene Glycol (moisturizing), and Cetyl Alcohol (emollient).
I appreciate that it contains squalane (near the top), but what I like best about this day cream is that it doesn’t overly focus on lines and wrinkles. It’s simply for the skin, period. Furthermore, it’s suitable for all skin types. It also contains hyaluronic acid, but the more I learn about this ingredient outside of what I learn from brands, the more I am wondering whether it is as miraculous as it has been made out to be.
