Despite my efforts, I couldn’t find it in my local Boots. The names of Revlon lipsticks can be confusing – I’ve featured the Super Lustrous Glass Shine in 2021, 2023, and now in 2024 because I believe it’s important to highlight excellent lipsticks that don’t cost a fortune (£8.90). The original shade of Cherries In The Snow appears to have changed over time. Looking at archived photos, the shade seemed more orange-toned in the past than the current raspberry tone. However, advancements in printing, photography, and media may have influenced the appearance. It’s challenging to compare directly unless someone has an old one for reference. I’ve checked auction sites with no luck so far. Another new shade, Glazed Mauve, will delight fans of cool-toned lipsticks.
Cherries In The Snow is a standout shade! The Glass Shine lipstick has a buttery and balmy texture, incredibly comfortable to wear. For me, it’s the perfect balance of texture and pigment – I prefer high shine with a hint of color, and Glass Shine offers the translucency I adore.
